As you can see from this report based on performance of letting properties between £1000pcm and £3000pcm in M3, M4 and M15 out of hundreds of agents we ranked 𝟏𝟑 on the number of let's we've agreed in the past 12 months.
We were over the moon to see that whilst our competitors averagely only agree successful lets on 𝟓𝟖% of their instructions, we agreed lets on 💯%
