What a lovely surprise for Tracy this morning when one of our landlords sent in a lovely gift to thank her for all the work she's done in liaising with him, the tenant and the building management company during a huge and ongoing leak 🌊
Tracy's hard work and persistence got the issue resolved and it's lovely to see that our clients appreciate her as much as we do 🙌
